Fellowship Groups of Christ Lutheran Church
- Lutheran Pioneers - Lutheran Boy and Girl Pioneers is an
organization for school age children. It teaches them
basic skills in life as way of living for Christ Jesus.
Girls learn skills in homemaking, sewing, crafts,
babysitting. Boys learn skills in outdoors, camping,
woodworking, etc. Our Lutheran Pioneers meets monthly for
learning skills or an activity.
- Youth Group - Christ Lutheran youth group offers Bible
study and activities for high school age members of the
congregation. Our youth gather monthly for study of God's
Word relating to issues affecting our youth. Planned
monthly activities range from summer youth rallies,
paintball games, to bowling and or skiing. The group is
organized by a committee of adult leaders.
- Mixed Choir - We offer a Mixed Choir for anyone who loves
to sing God's praises. Adult voices of soprano, alto,
tenor and bass are welcome. Practices are held every
Monday evening. Our Choir sings regularly for our worship
services plus presents two choral services for the
congregation at Advent and Ascension Day.
- Ladies Guild - Two ladies service groups are offered at
Christ Lutheran. Our Afternoon Guild meets every first
Thursday in the afternoon to plan service activities in
the congregation and to enjoy Christian friendships. Our
Evening Guild meets occasionally to plan ways to serve
the Lord in his church.
- Special Ministries - Volunteers are able to serve members with
special needs. From visits to the lonely, assisting those
recovering from illness or surgery, encouragement to our
youth, and transportation services, many are able to
serve those who have needs.
