Elmer L. Kelm

Elmer was our beloved brother and brother-in-law. He was the best man at our wedding and was supportive throughout our marriage.
I remember when he used to work in Milwaukee and came home for the weekends, he would always stop at our house first for supper on Friday nights. That day I would always bake a pie for dessert because I knew he'd appreciate it.
When we needed a temporary loan, he always came through for us.
He joined the same archery club we belonged to for many years.
He appreciated good music and good food. He often took us out to eat at very nice restaurants on special occasions.
He bought his house (new) just a year after we bought our place. He particularly liked his garden and also had thriving cactuses. The blooms were spectacular.
He enjoyed traveling and often visited his sisters and their families in Wyoming and California. He supported his mother and Aunt Flora until they passed away.
In later years he struggled with diabetes and its accompanying complications. But, he always appreciated family and conversation.
